Hi! My name is Jami. I’m a certified holistic nutritionist, a mom, avid equestrian and lover of all things health and fitness. I am focused, determined, and thorough.
My goal is to help you assemble the tools and create the habits to live a happy, healthy, nutritious life in a matter that is sustainable. I focus on whole foods to nourish your body and mind and movement to build lean muscle mass and improve cardiovascular and metabolic health.

What is holistic nutrition?
The word holistic simply refers to addressing the whole system. Mind – Body – Spirit. I take into account much more than just the physical health of a person. I consider mental health and social factors as well, instead of only addressing the symptoms of concern. Often, the main health concerns of a client are much more deep rooted than they expect. If we only address the physical symptoms, we are only scratching the surface.
In my programs, I focus very much on whole foods and the reduction of ultra-processed foods. We learn to read ingredient labels, decipher marketing tactics and provide nourishment for the body, mind, and soul. This is not an ‘if it fits your macros’ approach. We will nourish the body so that there is no need to reach for ‘0 calorie’ coffee sweeteners, sugar-free pudding mixes, and constant cravings for false food alternatives.
