How was your experience working with Team PEAK? Why?

 My experience was incredible, Jami is super knowledgeable and supportive. I didn’t feel like I was losing out on life with the program which was a super nice change. The training was incredible, the food is amazing, sustainable and quick which I really appreciate. I’ve learned so much about my body and the accountability was really the kick in the butt that I needed.

I’ve learned that my body just doesn’t tolerate certain foods and why which is something I’ve never had a grasp of. It’s always been a quick fix “oh I’ll just take this anti bloat” or “I’ll just skip this meal” or whatever, instead of treating the root cause. The initial assessment was so incredibly thorough and really eye opening. The effort that goes into it is impressive and appreciated. I really feel like you take everything into account.

Why did you decide to reach out to Team PEAK?

I got tired of my own shit. Plain and simple. I’ve been following Jami for quite a while and see the sustainable results, as well as the fact that she practices what she preaches – you don’t find much of that anymore. At some point you have to suck up your pride and say “I need help because what I’m doing isn’t working and I don’t like feeling this way”. Sometimes we just need a hand up, not a hand out. I wasn’t looking for a quick fix, I was looking for a sustainable way to live and feel better, no chronic inflammation, no sore guts or excessive gas.

What would you say was your biggest accomplishment?

Learning how to listen to my body. I know when I need more protein, I know why my cravings are happening and how to navigate them. I’m so proud of getting back to the gym and getting my mobility back. I went from a nasty back injury to being able to deadlift and hip thrust and walk long distances. I know when my body needs movement and when it needs rest. Those are huge.

In what ways has your experience with Team PEAK affected your life?

I’m more active again, I’ve found a new love of Oly lifting, we eat better and have way way less garbage food in our house. Regaining mobility has been huge, and pushing past mental blocks comes in handy in every aspect of life. My mood has been a lot better, I’m sleeping better, and just overall feeling better. All of those combined are huge positive changes.

Would you recommend my services and why?

I recommend your services all the time, people see the results and want them for themselves. Why wouldn’t I recommend you? I tell them about the delicious food and how thorough your intake form is and warn them that it’s hard work but that it’s absolutely worth it. I tell them how supportive and encouraging you and your program are and they all seem pretty pumped to hear about it.

While working with Peak Fitness And Nutrition, I have learned (list 3 things):

●  I need to get more protein into my body. Also you can have a substantial amount of food within your suggested caloric intake.. seriously though, so much.

●  Listen to your body, when something feels wrong, it probably is. Crono has been a life saver for this

●  You need healthy fats in your life. I knew you needed fats but the amount and kinds were surprising in a good way.
