Our debut strength training program is officially underway!
The workouts for the first week of our October Strength Training group are live 5 days early! Early bird gets the worm, right?? (The PEAK crew is taking off for a short vacay to the mountains so things are released early 😉 )
Participating athletes will receive 5 strength/conditioning workouts per week until the 31st with the community of participating athletes joined together in a chat group so we can all go through it together.
Spots for the November group will open soon – so be ready to reserve your spot. When spots are available, a post will be made and a link will be made available in the shop. Additional spots may open in this group.
There may be another group opening up for a DUMBBELLS ONLY group. Keep your eyes peeled for info on this throughout the next few weeks.
